Kyle took care of us in Sub-Zero temps! He found the battery we needed from another O'REILLY'S and replaced it in the parking lot when other shops down the road would not due to the outside temperature. Kyle is an excellent asset for O'Reilly's!
Found a replacement gas cap for my 65 Dodge van. Always friendly and helpful.
Bigger is NOT better … after three trips to the store while my truck was on the lift at the shop - much past their closing time - these dummies didn’t give me the right rotor and then when I went back to get the right one, they said the two year warranty expires after one year??? Must be the same guy doing the math who use the measuring tape to doublecheck these rotors. I have never seen such inefficiency in my life. I would say I won’t send my dog there, but he could probably run a better counter. Absolutely ridiculous.
