they sold us wrong spark plugs causing almost $1000 worth of damage only thing they will do is when we are able to obtain them all with a receipt is give us the correct ones. they should make it right.
RecommendedI was stranded this morning at the Kroger gas station when my battery decided to freeze up. Roger was a true hero by coming to try & help me start it back up. When that didn't work, he drove me back to O'Reilly's to get a new one, then drove me back to my truck & pt it in. This mornings weather is brutal & he didn't hesitate to help me. I will always come here for now on. Thank you so much!
I was shocked at how horrible the customer service is, very rude.
It was terrible the people were rude and unhelpful . I had to call the corporate office to get them to help me.
