OUTSTANDING! If you want professional service with a smile, this O'Reilly's store is it! The staff, Mark, and MJ went out of their way to understand that I had a dead out-of-state battery still under warranty. Jennifer, the store manager, was a superstar! She even spoke to the warranty company, and I had a new battery in less than 30 minutes. They provided a GREAT customer service experience...they are now my go-to auto parts store!
The guys at this store location were so helpful! They also were very kind and smiling...rare these days! great customer service.
