Everytime I come here, the workers are rude and unwilling to help. Today I went in and asked if the workers could help me with my battery and was told they couldn’t and there was no additional workers there that could help me. When buying my battery two workers came from the back. Not only was the lady who helped me rude but she then made it so I couldn’t receive help from anyone else. I hope that in the future, the workers are more willing to help people.
I went to O'Reilly Auto Parts 6415 University Avenue in San Diego and bought air filters for my engine and cabin. Marco showed me how to install both of them and I will now be able to do it myself next time. Thank you Marco!
