Went to O'Reillys in upland for some spark plugs I was in dire need of. This nice youg man named Julio was quick to help me out and get the parts I needed. He even made sure I recieved my military discount as well. Definitely a great help and will come back again.
Julio, a short Hispanic male, refused to swap out a recently purchased battery that had a bad terminal. Julio said it was "against policy." This is NOT true - I have a family member who works in upper management for O'Reilly's upstate, which is why I shop here to support them instead of Autozone. I explained to Julio that my family member advised me to come to my local O'Reilly's and informed me of the policy for all warrantied parts, to which Julio replied, "Take it to him then," and dismissed me.
