What Happen to Kragen Went to O'Reilly Auto. Maybe the same people working from Kragen but it was not Kragen. When I used to go to Kragen, I never had to take a part back twice because it either was looked up wrong by the guy at the counter or it never had the wrong item in the box. compliment Kragen Management, My wife and I went to an Autozone store to purchase a critical hose for our car. Well, they did not have ithe item n stock but were willing to order it with a two day arrival. We needed the part sooner so we drove to Kragen and discovered they had the part in stock. They also provided us with addition information concernong our issue.
