This post addresses my deeply unsatisfactory experiences at your O’Reilly #2410 branch on Wednesday morning, and several prior occasions. My repeated attempts to obtain rotor machining services have consistently not been met with significant difficulties. On Wednesday, after waiting approximately five minutes, I was informed by the manager that no staff member was qualified to perform this service.
