I purchased a battery with a three month warranty. It turned out to be a faulty battery. I tried returning it on the fourth month and manager Ernie was so rude about returning it for a new one. I kindly ask for a discount if I bought a new one and he said no. BEWARE OF FAULTY BATTERIES SOLD AT THIS PLACE AND GOOD LUCK TRYING TO RETURN IT!
Battery - Failed to tell me my make and model car "was not allowed to be touched by their employees when it comes to changing the battery". Over the phone I asked them to look up my EXACT car model/make they said no problem come in, I was very clear that I wanted them to do it he said no issue. I actually called a few times to make sure it was in stock & ask for prices. I went to a O'Reilly's a different one not this one (but they are corporate so it should be consistent) , when I got three the tech wouldn't replace my batte... read more
Nicest guys at this store. Mitchell took the time to help me and made sure parts worked just fine. Highly recommend this shop.
