Whoever said getting your battery changed is a simple process was a complete and utter liar! That is until I met Skyler. I needed a car battery. Chose this place because a guy helped me there before and was really professional and courteous. This time the person working there that assisted me was rude and condescending. I remained polite though I wanted to give that energy back to them. My car would not start when I went to leave so I asked to use their jump start apparatus. I could not figure out how to use and asked for their help. Extremely helpful, came in today needing a new bulb and the gentleman at the front found me one in a more reasonable price range, installed it for me, AND noticed a problem with my engine and fixed it, amazing service 💯
