The people here are very friendly people, their closers know what to do, their knowledge is very amazing, Jasmine has helped me most of my time going to this location and man that girl deserves a raise, not a lot of girls work at places like this cause of how poorly they can be treated but this girl has amazing knowledge, jd also has very amazing customer service and I’ve never had issues coming to the place as put on the other reviews, hope to shop here more often. Give these guys max raises!!!

Whoever said getting your battery changed is a simple process was a complete and utter liar! That is until I met Skyler. My truck was acting sluggish when I was starting it for the past few days and my husband said “we are going to get a new battery”. We pull into O’Reillys because that is where we should have had the warranty of the last purchased battery. System glitches involved and they could not find it in the system.
