I went to my local O'Reilly Auto parts expecting to buy a battery. I met your team member Danny. He first tested my battery. Then after looking me up made my day by informing me it was under warranty. I figured the day couldn't get any better, but I was wrong. Danny went above and beyond in helping me install the new battery as I was having an issue. The world is a better place with folks like Danny. Thank you.
The guy wasn't helpful
I would to give a shout out to Tee, for her great customer service yesterday, I had a rough day with my car not starting, but Tee turned it all round, she even told me if I needed someone to install the battery for me she would call someone to help me, she is a great example of what customer service looks like. Thank you sooo much
Went to get help with a part, guy in the front was sitting on a stool just on his phone, didn’t get the name but it was a tall white male, I know as customers we don’t like service that requires laziness.
