We got the part that we were looking for at the right store.
The assistant manager Victoria needs to be fired. My dad went in for a tool rental and she was being extremely disrespectful. She was belittling him and asking him if he knew how to read. Mid interaction she decided she didn’t want to help him anymore and told him to go to someone else instead. He told her that he needs a Spanish speaker to help him and she started yelling at him that he needs to learn English and to leave the United States.
