Absolutely awful customer service. The only reason I received any assistance was because of Joshua. There were three employees working, yet none of them came up front to help while the store was full of customers and the phone was ringing nonstop. Instead, they stayed in the back talking loudly. At one point they even walked up front, saw customers waiting, and turned right back around. Joshua was the only one who stepped up and helped. I don't do my own auto repairs often. I just needed a new cabin filter. Went in. Clerk got me what I needed. Went home and installed.
They need to get people who actually care for their customers and not walk away and ignore when they enter in the evenings, or give attitudes when asking for price quotes. They have multiple employees who have no idea what they're doing or know what they're talking about when it comes to parts even when customers are being specific, I've had this experience and have witnessed it multiple times.
