Cashier (older man ) couldn’t check out guy in front of me because he had cash. My check engine light was on I just asked him to check for the codes . He said he couldn’t leave store unattended but yet there was somebody in the back and fyi there were no customers in sight
I asked if I buy the headlights for my car can someone help , and Daniel said , no sorry we’re understaffed . Yea I have some people in the back but it’s just me and another person here. Won’t be returning. Going next door to autozone.

I bought a car battery from this store in 2023. The employee sold it to me under his own name instead of mine, and now that I need warranty service or a replacement, the account has been deleted. Because of this, I’m being denied the warranty that should have been available to me. Unfortunately, I now have to spend $250 on a new battery because of their mistake. This is very disappointing and unprofessional.
