Bad customer service , they hire anybody the workers dont even know what there talking about and nobody seems to want to help the customers

He’s bilingual, which made communication super easy and comfortable. What really stood out was that he even offered to carry the parts to my car—great customer service all around. This is the first time I have come to O”Reilly to be told they are not allowed to help out on a license plate. I have travelled all over and other stores motto.. help the customer . Do not bother coming to this store. They refuse to help and go the extra mile,
