Warning light came on in my car, took it in and a very nice young man hooked my car up and let me know what was wrong with it and what to do about it. This was a very hassle free stress-free visit.
Kevin was the best!! Ask for him if you stop by, he’s so helpful & will make your experience so pleasant. 10/10 would recommend
I went to O’Riley in south Venice. When I arrived two staff members were talking about a personal car project they were working on. I stood for 2 minutes without any acknowledgment. I am female and was holding a return in my hand which did not increase their urgency to help me. Once we made eye contact the phone rang and the staff member proceeded to take a 5 minute call before helping me. His only words were “Return?” And “what’s wrong with it?” I will not be returning to this or any location.
Custom care is awesome. If you need to order a purt because they don't have it, it is always there the day they said it would be.
