I am never ever one to leave a negative review but I am shocked at the lack of service I experienced in store today. I was having issues with my battery and needed it to be charged and tested. Walked in and there was one person at the counter helping another group. We saw no other employee for 10 minutes. Eventually another woman came from the back and asked what we needed. I came in today around 6:15pm just to look around for a fuzzy steering wheel cover. The three young men at the counter gave me a horrible experience. Two of them did not even look up—they were playing video games behind the counter sitting down and talking to each other.
