GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE: I thought I needed a new battery for my summer car. Called in to the store confirm it was in stock. A very helpful employee named Eric picked up the phone. He went to confirm availability by actually putting his hands on it. He said he had it and told him I would be in later. Came in the store 30 minutes later and the battery was sitting on the counter ready to go. Did the transaction for the battery and he came out to install for me.
