Bad service. They looked at me like a was the problem. All 3 involved acked like I was the problem. Asking for help with the right water pump i needed for my truck.

We got stuck an hour away from home on our way to pigeon forge when our car started misfiring on the highway. We went to 6 places looking for a rental or a mechanic. We finally came across this particular O’Reilly’s and Vic helped us look and see what the potential issue was. He was able to walk us through the process and we are very appreciative of him, his kindness, and patience. Thank you Vic you have no clue what you mean to our family.
