I have never had a bad time at this particular O'Reilly's every time I need something they're more than willing to help not usually a long wait sometimes but just depends on the day they're just good people and get you in and out
Me and my boyfriend were driving back to Chicago after spending Thanksgiving in Pennsylvania. Of course during record breaking snowfall and winds the battery light came on in the car, so we pulled off the highway to get it checked out. The guys here were so understanding and gave us all the help they could. We ended up needing a new alternator that we didn't have the tools or time to fix it there but the guys here gave mechanic and hotel recommendations which we were so thankful for. Great staff and they even recommended a local repair shop to help install my new part. Higly recommend!
Went to get my car’s code read on 11/20/2025 and the employee was very condescending. Issue code was fuel system rich (p0175). When my wife asked what it meant he said’ “ it’s like when you put too much chocolate in something” with no further explanation.
I wp I ld recommend this parts retailers over any other
