Very nice and knowledgeable staff. The lady texted my alternator and battery with her equipment in a jiffy. They are the best.
I have NEVER experienced what I did today from the manager Gerald. I was bringing a part back that has a lifetime warranty and for some reason he couldn’t find my warranty under the phone number which I’ve had for the fast 7 yrs. He was arguing with me telling me there was nothing he could do. Wow so I ask if he would try something else and he refused basically yelling telling me he couldn’t do anything. I will never go back in that store again. Very unprofessional
