When I walk into a parts shop, I expect to be treated with respect and helped by people who know what they’re doing. That used to be standard. Not anymore. The staff barely acknowledge you. They don’t ask what you need, don’t offer good advice, and half the time they act like you’re bothering them just by showing up. I’ve asked about parts and been told the only difference is the warranty. That’s it. No mention of quality, fit, or whether it’s even the right part for the job.
