I dont know who wrote the policies and procedures for this place, but whoever it was needs to be fired immediately and it needs to be revised. I bought something from here, it did not work, when i went to take it back i had my ID as well as the card i made the purchase with. Everything should be fine, right? Hell no...the guy at the front counter sat and insisted and argued with me that i HAD to give him either a phone number or street address, for a return?! What the hell?
