Needed to have a battery replaced on a 2021 Mazda cx9. Isaac at the Shelbyville location was very accommodating on Sunday 8/23 at 11AM and was more than willing to advise on which battery was needed and personally took the time to swap out the old with the new one. Before coming to O Reilly’s, I stoped at the Shelbyville, KY Auto Zone who tested the battery and said it was “low”. The Shelbyville Auto Zone rep said he can only sell me the battery but could not install it because of “all of the wires coming out of it.” Which w... read more

There can be 6 employees walking around talking and joking while 1 guy works the register and with a line of 4 customers. I sat my stuff down and left. I went back in the next week to give them the benefit of the doubt but nope it was just more of the same. There was 1 other guy working the register but he visibly hated his job. He had to walk in the back and get something and you could see him huff and puff as he walked off going the speed of smell.
