Patrick helped me get a new battery installed quickly so I could get to work today!! Appreciate the quick and kind service.
One blonde mid age woman was very unfriendly toward me and I am disabled man and hearing impaired i try get to put in my commercial account to get my orders tracked and she was uncooperative and hostile so I left to another o'reilly . I work as mobile mechanic
Ronan was incredibly patient and helpful. He helped me identify the part I needed for our SUV, and took the time to help me with removal and install of the battery we ultimately chose. He was friendly and gave his attention to me and to others visiting the store while I was there. Edit: Had a car battery issue on another vehicle and had to come in. Ronan again was helpful but Andrew took care of me this time. He made conversation, got me sorted and on my way. Nice guys here!
