Pretty much every time I call they just hang the phone up. Nice. *They answer and hang up before either party gets to say a singular word. I'm moving my business account of over 35 years elsewhere.
Ronan was incredibly patient and helpful. He helped me identify the part I needed for our SUV, and took the time to help me with removal and install of the battery we ultimately chose. He was friendly and gave his attention to me and to others visiting the store while I was there.
Andrew was an absolute lifesaver. I pulled in with my daughter after hauling horses from Nevada. I needed new batteries. I know they offer battery changes for free but changing not just 1 BUT 2 batteries on a dually truck is a pain in the ass. He did it in under 1 hour and saved my butt. Thank you Andrew!!!!! I hope O Reilly takes care of you because hard working employees like you are hard to find.
