Unacceptable. I went to warranty a (lifetime warranty that I payed 4X price for) 4WD actuator but now "we can't find it in the system, so we can't warranty it." Is not my fault you overlooked it, your system sucks, or whatever the case may be. YOU HONOR THE LIFETIME WARRANTY PARTS! The guy couldn't have cared less, not very personable, and didn't try to resolve the issue or help at all.
