I like O'Reilly auto parts their very nice, polite,and have great customer service.Will help with windshield wipers. I like O'Reilly's
I'm all for helping local businesses, but the customer service is not good on this one. I ordered a part over the phone and was told it would arrive in 7 days. A week passed and called again just for them to tell me my part was ready for pick up. When I drove there to pick it up, I was told, "The part got returned because nobody picked it up in 2 days, and that was the policy."
