Amazing experience! I believe the guy who helped me this time was Dominic and he did awesome! The last time I was there it was a girl, but I know absolutely nothing when it comes to cars and can get a little anxious dealing with this kind of stuff 😅 Both of them made me feel completely comfortable and changed out the headlight in my car for me with ease! Highly recommend! 🙌🏼
My first problem with this location was with a light bulb. My head light was out, the guy who helped me walked outside and they told me because he needed tools, he couldn't help me, I needed to go to Tate Boys, make the that I told them his name! Then today, my key fob broke, the idiot who helped me was trying to take out the battery to replace it, but not the fob. I told him the battery was fine, he kept trying to get the battery out. Every time I go in and Mike is at the counter I turn around and go somewhere else. He is not friendly at all, not helpful at all and just leans on the counter. I’d rather drive to owasso or Tulsa than to do business with him.
Shout out to Dominick for being super helpful & actually knowing exactly what I needed. Previous experiences at this store have not been so great. Dominick deserves a raise!
