They had everything i needed for a power steering repair job except one part but fret not! They ordered it into the shop from the hub and less time than it took me to remove the parts! They were very helpful and friendly. 5 stars
You are almost guaranteed to have to make a few trips back because they give you the wrong parts. It's unfortunate it's the closest parts store to my house. Make sure you check the parts every time before you leave there. Sperry customer there for almost 2 years and it's been terrible
Went in for help on my car, the employee we spoke with was very rude, and was drooling all over himself. When asked about a part, he overcharged, and wouldn't even help with service. We left.
One guy had a line of customers at the counter while the other guy was putting in a battery for a customer, the phone ringing off the hook and the assistant manager set in the office and did nothing to help very un professional
Called to make sure someone could re surface my rotors and they confirmed they could, drove 20 minutes just so they could tell me no one could do it. Very unprofessional....
