Very helpful I like to shop here because being female I don't know much about cars. The staff here never tries to sell something I don't need. They answer all my questions, and get me just what I need to get the car fixed. Cheaper on some things, more expensive on some, but very competitive all around. You can't get better service.
They think they know it all. I buy alot of automotive parts between carquest, autozone and O'reillys. My problem was last year when I tried warrantying out a $35 dollar wheel bearing. I took the old wheel bearing into oreillys, (which was of poor quality) because it was loose and falling apart after only 11 months. So I'm already upset because I have to put the wheel bearing on twice. I take the wheel bearing in and immediately I am told that this wheel bearing "is not the wheel bearing they sold me" I asked how they figured... read more
