Customer service non existent during the daytime at this location
The guys working today were the best!! They were kind enough to put my new battery in my truck for me.. I really appreciate their kindness as I am disabled!! Thanks guys
I gotta share my VERY positive experience. I came in this week with 2 dead batteries for my old diesel truck. They were only a month out of warranty. It would have been perfectly fair, legal, and valid to ask me to pay $400 for 2 new batteries. Instead, they figured out how to get my batteries under the warranty and I walked out with 2 brand new batteries. If I wasn't a loyal customer before, I am now. Great customer service.
