I think his name was Luis! But, he was very helpful and cracked some jokes. Helped me with the warranty on my headlights I bought end of last year. Very helpful and friendly. Did think it was a little weird that there was a line of 3 of us at the door waiting to be helped and there were two employees over yonder that were just chatting by the counter. Maybe they were already helping someone but, it didn't really look like it.
The assistant manager, and store clerk Joe were amazing helping me out! I really felt like they were on my side, and took care of me the best they could. I am an 18 year-old girl who doesn’t know anything about cars, but they never patronized me or took advantage of that. Only educated- And gave me great service!
Very helpful and friendly staff, knowledgeable and always eager to help. I always leave this place happy..
Never had any issues with a warranty exchange until today. The older gentlemen behind the counter was very rude and short. He was very unprofessional and we will not be returning.
