Why did you change your capsules to gelatin?!? Someone picked these up for me at New Seasons, and I have to throw them away now. You were my go to brand. :(

It has been a long while since I have been shown such wonderful retail kindness. There was a production issue with the bottle and lid which made it almost impossible to open. I contacted customer service and they were sympathetic and informed me that they would be sending a replacement bottle at no cost. I contacted them several times per email, Facebook, and phone. They never reply. Bad customer service may also lead to bad products.
Placed my first order with Oregon's Wild Harvest and received my item very quickly. I am also pleased with the Slippery Elm. It is packaged very well, with clear instructions for use on the package and so far seems to work the way it is intended. Thanks so much.🏆
There is a lot of know-how behind these high-quality herbal supplements. I've been a customer since 2017 and I really appreciate the positive effects of these herbs on my overall well-being.
