I had one of their serviceman by the name of Doug, come out and give me a quote to re-surface / re-store our hardwood floors. Got the quote and asked him to do the work. The day before he was supposed to show up, he texted and asked to cancel our appointment because members of his team called in sick. I was understanding and said to just keep me posted. Doug has done a couple of projects for us and always does a wonderful job. He refinished our yellow oak to a darker color and matched it where we added some new rooms. Very easy to work with and responsive to communication.
Doug was awesome. He was "Johnny on the spot" with any and all questions (and we pestered him quite a bit) We planned our vacation around the time the flooring was installed. When we came home the flooring was fantastic. If I could give him more than five stars I would. Great job and good work. Thanks Doug!
