Reviews are right My family and I have been going to Vision Center, before it was the Vision Center, when Dr. Proctor and his wife owened it. We I guess got spoiled with good honest service, so when the Proctor sold it we just continued on with this company. What a mistake, They do hide fees, they wait until your glasses get in and then say it's more then they told you. They never had any of the glasses I've ordered ready in hours.I will never go back and neither will any of my famil and friends.
These people just rip you off I went in with a $89 coupon and thought that my total would be $89. I was very surprised when my total was $164. I was told that it was because I needed to come back for a $75 fitting fee. I asked if I could just skip it and they could just write me a RX for a brand I know and like and they refused. I was so sad because I had just budgeted $89 for this and now I have really blown my budget. They are a bunch of scam artists. Very dissappointed. I called with some simple questions and was amazed when I hung up the phone how rude he was to me. I read the reviews but figured I would give them a chance anyways, I'm a previous patient and even then, was surprised by the lack of respect and kindness. Never again. Highly recommend going somewhere else. And no, they weren't busy at all when I was there a couple months ago, in fact I was the only one there.
Come on! These eye care professionals are great So I have been going to the Vision Center since I moved to Redmond 4 years ago. I have never been treated better! In-fact I have recommended these guys to everyone!! I haven't heard one negative word from anyone. More than likely they were just super busy and crazy, but heck we have all been there... give the gang there another shot! TRULY YOU WILL BE GLAD YOU DID!
Not terrible.... I didn't have a bad experience but not a great one either. There are other options in thearea. No reason to go here again.
