I placed an order on July 30 2019 , and still have not received that which I payed for . Have repeatedly called and e-mailed and have received not even a phone call . I have called during business hours and left messages since no one has picked up . This is the worst company I have ever had dealings with and will never recommend them to anyone .
Sometimes they do not answer their phone however I leave a message and they have never failed to return my call. Their customer service has been great they take the time to answer all of my questions and make suggestions to help resolve any issues I my have. To date I have used both the True Shot and Laser Cast bullets in 38 Special 357 mag and 44 mag. I am 100% satisfied with the results and have recently added a new 460 S&W mag to my collection and will be ordering bullets for it as well. I see no reason to shoot anything ... read more
Tried for a week to get in touch with them. They do not respond to calls, messages or email. Do not buy directly from them. Like their bullets but just can’t trust them.
Only received half my order. Don't return or answer calls. Or respond to emails. Their product is great, but customer service is non existent
