Paul is quickly capable; in the midst of buying one property, we decided to sell another. He jumped right in, changed 'hats' and it was, almost magically, done! He knows how to see the market, pricing for plenty of attention and serious offers. Great Seller's agent As a Buyer's agent he stuck to it with complicated negotiations, discoveries and prodding an inexperienced agent on the seller's end. We are immensely grateful for Paul's solid knowledge and responsiveness.

This is the second time Paul has helped us buy a house. He's great with communications, knows the markets and helped us negotiate the best price (plus the sellers threw in all the appliances!) I highly recommend him, and I'm looking forward to working with him on the next house.

Paul was outstanding to work with. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable Realtor to sell your home or buy a new one. Paul helped my wife and I sell our home last year and his approach to listing allowed us to sell for $20k more than we expected while still getting the rent back we needed to transition into our new home. Paul was a fantastic real estate agent for us when we were buying a house. He must have taken us to 3 dozen properties all over Portland. He is punctual, professional, personable, and knowledgeable.
