Dr Hausch is a caring and attentive physician who is very knowledgeable. I will sincerely miss him. I wish him all the best as he moves to the Midwest. ~ Rick Shehorn
This clinic is whatever the opposite of patient centered care is. Refused referral from an orthopedist & their reasoning is to hold space for patients with high(er) acuity. Would not recommend to anyone.
Refused referral because they "dont do workups for fatigue." Despite women on both sides of my close family having debilitating RA. The girl on the phone couldnt pronounce or recognize the word "malaise." Yikes.
This is an excellent rheumatology clinic, lm super happy with Dr. Gona as she is very caring with me and understanding. I’m grateful she wants me to feel comfortable with her clinic and procedures. I love her knowledge and professionalism. I couldn’t ask for better service.
You are not allowed to switch providers at this clinic, so read the reviews and choose wisely. I believe that I was assigned to my provider. Had I known this policy, I might have gone to the reviews and chosen someone else. I won't be back because Dr. Gona was unable to help me and had an attitude. I would have loved to get the chance to meet Dr. Hausch. I don't understand how this policy is supposed to help anyone. I won't be back to see Dr. Gona just because you won't let me switch, so the clinic isn't getting my business ... read more
