I am beyond disgusted with how my care was handled here. My doctor left the state and I didn’t get a single phone call or notification about it. I had to find out because his picture wasn’t on their website when I went to give them a call because I hadn’t been getting my lab results for months (MONTHS). Recently had a bit of a rough experience getting a referral here, I feel it’s important for medical providers and staff to understand that when talking to patients they need to remember these patients are most likely dealing with discomfort and pain as well as anxiety. Let’s be sure we are running clinics with compassion. I have seen many specialists and hope that this office can correct this behavior before more patients leave feeling unheard and not helped!

I was referred by my Doctor, and after waiting a week to hear something, I called them. Only to find out they DENIED my referral and didn't even think to call or let me know. I've been dealing with a lot of symptoms and pain. On top of that the woman who took my call was so very rude and unkind. Shame on them.

I have been in immense pain for months, trying to get help from my doctors at Oregon Rheumatology specialists for my autoimmune disease. While the doctors are kind people, they do not have time for their patients or the ability to see something other than a textbook diagnosis. I have been very disappointed with a member of their staff, Michelle, who is belittling, rude and insensitive. She should not be working in healthcare as her lack of care and due diligence has been shocking.
