Staff was very professional. And well organized.
Will not accept a valid work comp claim for treatment. Called and was transferred to voicemail, left voicemails 3 or 4 times and haven't heard back. Unprofessional
Reception staff are incredibly unprofessional. I called and explained that I asked a couple locations about opening an aggravation claim and didnt know which one but I was pretty sure it was here since this is a big chain and they have the closest location. She said only one person would know and transfered me to a voicemail of a lady who never called me back. I very nicely called back 3 more times over the 3 weeks because no one had gotten back to me.
