Reception staff are incredibly unprofessional. I called and explained that I asked a couple locations about opening an aggravation claim and didnt know which one but I was pretty sure it was here since this is a big chain and they have the closest location. She said only one person would know and transfered me to a voicemail of a lady who never called me back. I very nicely called back 3 more times over the 3 weeks because no one had gotten back to me. Asked for specific work restrictions bc i know my body and pain and was denied now im in more pa8n and fear my injury could get worse every day
Very friendly staff, very clean environment, good parking and even thoigh I had to wait a bit for my appointment the atmosphere was nice and the communication was good! Had a very pleasant stay and evaluation :) nurses were friendly and very gentle
Plan on your appointment taking about 3 hours. They are so slow and do not care if their patients wait.
