Absolutely avoid at all costs. They are not here to find out what's wrong with you, they're here to prescribe birth control and move on. Serena Luca was very dismissive of my problems and concerns to the point that now I'm having to seek proper care elsewhere. This clinic is not here to help you, it's here to collect your copay and prescribe birth control no matter your issue.

I’ve unfortunately seen PA. Serena Luce a handful of times from the age of 18-25 and she’s always been cold, abrasive, and dismissive with how she talks to me. Melissa K. on the other hand is fantastic and I wish every doctor was as receptive and understanding as she.
Wow, whatever lady I was just talking to on the phone completely disrespecting me. I told her what was going on and she acted like i I didn’t have a problem at all, and I didn’t even need to be seen. Excuse me.. I had my period two times this month and I’m freaked out.. just wow
