Called asking to get a second opinion on a fairly rare sports injury - latissimus Doris tear. MRI and diag done by the VA. This is a fairly major surgery. I simply wanted a second opinion, am willing to pay for it, prior to doing 6 months of rehab. Simply told “sorry, we don’t do that if you’re not our patient” Yes…. Someone asking for a second opinion is not your patient, yet
I had a total knee replacement a week ago. Dr Hudson did an excellent job. Stacey the surgery coordinator was the best. She called me back when i had to leave a message and was so nice. She did an excellent job doing medications, making appts and overall just caring about me and my recovery. You don't see thst often.shes a one of a kind. I recommend oregon orthopedic to anyone having knee problems. They really care.
