Horrible! I went in here after getting an online telemed apt and they wanted me to have a covid check. I waited over an hr after my scheduled appointment before someone came in to see me. There's no where to lay down comfortably as there's is half tables. Being sick and not able to lay down for over an hour is not a good experience. Once I finally saw the Dr he was nice and thorough but said Mondays are always overwhelming with lots of patients. Understaffed!!! Get another Dr on board OMG!!! Either they are unable or unwilling to prescribe medications. They wasted my time and my insurance’s money.
NOT AN URGENT CARE. Your insurance will bill you much more for this place and they prescribed my pills that only made my pneumonia last longer. Highly don't recommend.
SLOWWWWW! This place is ridiculous! There was not a single person in the waiting room and one person in front of me, already taken back to be seen. My experiences in the ER have been faster than here!
