Pretty responsive and compassionate doctor.
Office billed the wrong code to my insurance carrier triggering a charge that was not covered by my insurance. Then I had to make a lot of stressful phone calls and the Oregon Medical Group Billing Dept. was rude on the phone and did not help, insisting that it was something I had to pay for. Fortunately, my insurance company disagreed and sent it back for it to be coded properly because I am lucky enough to have a health insurance company that works for me.
