Everyone was extremely respectful and helpful. All my questions were answered and very informative.
It was great till Dr Rosenbloom retired. He had said he had everyone set up with a new provider in the same clinic. That was a lie! On the day of his retirement the new doctors staff called to inform patients that they where kicking all OHP patients to the curb, no option to self pay, no recommended alternatives, just get out and die in pain. Worst treatment of disabled and venerable people ever, shame!!!!!!!!
Dr Rosenbloom was awesome while I had him. Now I have Shea De Klotz. She cares, is smart and understanding. She sees the whole picture. Its not just about getting pain medication, its treating the body, at diff angles that add to pain, from stress, sleep, etc. Everyone there is nice and respectful.
The best theophylline and doctor I've ever. He is there for you and has everything in mind to help and educate. Thank you so very much!
