They sent someone unqualified to do the home score testing and the score got flagged by the city and we can't use it.eanwhile, I asked the owner if we should schedule with someone else and he said "no it will be fine". Then a week later refunded due to them not sending someone properly qualified to do the testing out. Massively screwing us over to get a listing up. We definitely and strongly do not recommend. Be warned now you could lose our big.
They were great. They were on time and efficient. They asked questions about the home and were great to work with. The report was done in less than 24 hours too! Highly recommend!

Staff are knowledgeable, prompt, accessible and flexible. It is easy to book through their site and the HES is delivered easily once the invoice is paid. We will be using them again.
