The tech Steven was great. Diagnosed what was wrong (coolant leak, broken valves) and fixed it quick. Nice person, good vibe. Give that man a raise!
They were able to send a technician 5 days earlier than scheduled. Very much appreciated. Steven was prompt and responsive. Figured out the issue immediately and had my air conditioner up and running within 15 minutes. Very pleasant experience overall.

Edit: I have to update my review because things have fallen flat. Apparently Craig left the company, and the person who was supposed to take over our account has not followed up with us. Prior review: Craig came out to do an estimate for a heat pump installation and was absolutely lovely. He took photos of everything, and took time to talk through options with us. We've had other people come out to do the estimates, but none of them were that detailed. I trust this estimate is going to be much more accurate. Skip the other g... read more
