Our AC died late on a Sunday with a heat wave starting. With kids and pets and medical concerns, it was urgent to repair. A technician was out the next morning and identified a dead capacitor. Steven had it fixed in no time and answered my many questions, including where he bought his hose and what it was called. First time customer.
8-11-2025: Steven Olson was just out to fix my house AC unit - yes, goes down on the hottest day of the year. OHAC was my first call, and he was here in a few hours. Had the problem troubleshot in 5 mins, bad surge capacitor, and in minutes cool air was flowing in my house again. Steven did a great job and gave me a tutorial on how to cool the whole house better by using the fan "on" mode, in the summer.
