Air conditioner not cooling the house enough. I called Oregon Heating and Air Conditioning first thing Monday morning. Nathan, service technician, was at my house around 11. He communicated different scenarios and tested the system. A new part was needed. He left to get the part, and returned shortly. Now the unit runs great. Every phase of the AC install went well. From the initial consultation (no hard sell), to the installation (professional and neat), through the follow-up (prior installer took our $$ and never followed up). We were happy doing business with a local outfit, as opposed to one of the bigger players. Would recommend!!!
Our 37 year old heat pump and furnace died, and Oregon Heating & A/C installed a new furnace and air conditioner today, on the hottest day of the year so far. Everyone we've dealt with at OH&AC have been helpful, kind, considerate, proficient and professional.
