for the last 7 or 8 years I've been dealing with extreme back pain and nothing has been done . they recommended me to physical therapy prior to covid lockdown . but I knew that wasn't the answer is it cuz I'm low income nothing gets done

I arrived for my first appointment 5 minutes early and then waited 45 minutes before they told me that there was still another patient ahead of me. I left and rescheduled, being told that mornings are much better. For my next appointment (an 8:30 appt.), I arrived on time and promptly waited in one of the rooms for over 30 minute without anyone telling me the reason for the delay. RecommendedThe people treat you individually with respect and literally do what they can to help you in the best ways they can offer. In my experience, I have had a baby at their main hospital and it was a fantastic experience. I then followed up with the PCPs at Richmond Clinic and also use their well designed pharmacy as well. All and all they are great people doing a great job and I have already recommended these places to several people.
