Dr. Shepperd actually listens and responds to any feedback. I have hEDS and could barely hold my head up when I started with him. My pain is minimal now and I'm so much more functional. Dr. Shepperd is knowledgeable, patient, earnest and compassionate.
I had been treated by another chiropractor for my MVA prior to seeing Dr. Sheppard. However, each treatment only left me in more pain. I was in tears by the time I saw Dr. Sheppard. After the first visit though I left with less pain, and each visit I’m getting better. Thank you Dr. Sheppard, and I highly recommend him.
Truly one of the worst doctors I've been to. I saw Dr. Finnegan for three weeks last December. Not only was he unable to help me, he had the arrogance to convince me to keep coming back, each time saying he "almost got it." In reality, he never had the adjustment quite right and I was never able to hold alignment for more than a couple hours. His treatment made my neck pain much worse. have suffered from chronic vertigo and nerve pain through my lower back and down my leg. I am not a fan of the typical chiropractic treatments after suffering a traumatic injury to by upper neck, so Dr. Sheppard's methods took away my concerns of further injury to my neck. One morning I woke up in excruciating pain with the inability to move my head further then an inch in any direction. Luckily a friend recommended me to see Dr. Ian Sheppard. Not only was he able to see me on such short notice, but gave me the best adjustment I have ever had. In less then 2 days, I was able to move my head and neck again!
