The room was amazing...beautiful..food was awesome..staff great..especially Emily..very nice young lady...band was a little different..dessert...hazelnut chocolate..decadent...breakfast in am great..I will be returning again with my husband..not my parents...also great gift shop...tour great...although gardens weren't ready..still a nice Easter Day!!!...plus you must if they have available...2 dinners and a bottle of wine for $40..may have changed..but it's an awesome deal...we love your Resort..We'll be back!!!
I love going there and do every year. It is the best deal with the Dinner Package. The Garden, the rooms, the food are all special. Hope they keep offering their deals.
Booked 4 rooms in advance. Called and was confirmed that we will get the 4 rooms together. Upon arrival, my sister checked in thinking that she got all 4 rooms together. She was handed 2 keys. She asked if the rooms connected and the receptionist told her that the rooms are connected. So thinking that those 2 keys were for 2 connecting rooms, off we went into the room to only discover that she was given only 1 room. Staff was very kind and polite. Grounds were beautiful and very well maintained. We very much enjoyed walking along the trails and taking in the quiet beautiful park and enjoying the early blooming flowers. We had an amazing time and would highly recommend visiting.
Truly lovely! Exceptional service by all but one employee. We were watching our team in the Final Four, and she came over and informed us that she was rooting for the other team, "North Carolina. All the way." Her job as an employee is to enhance the experience of customers, not heckle their alma mater, which was evident since we had the letterman jacket on, along with sweaters with our teams logo. Will come again, however!
