This practice uses AI slop, I refused to consent to having my voice recorded by AI and so they refused to see me. I told them I was uncomfortable with it and asked if it could just be turned off, and they said no and instead of trying to make sure I had informed consent they told me I needed to go somewhere else. Kind of boggles the mind since doctors were seeing patients well before AI. Also they don't tell you until you show up. Ridiculous waste of time and I had to take PTO to come to the appointment.
