I have run multiple food carts and these guys built my first food truck. I provided plans to scale for how I wanted it built, and they didn't follow the plans. The window was installed about 2 feet off of where I wanted it. The hood was also installed a 3 inches from where I wanted it. I designed my hot line around the wheelbases, however they didn't inform me they'd be adding height to the floor to build the generator box. Any time during the construction of the truck that I needed to review details, the group would videoconferencing with me. The workmanship is great. Very pleased by my experience with Oregon Food Trucks! They are a family business who do great work for a reasonable price and are committed to customer service. Nick is able to skillfully juggle being both a young student and an absolute asset to the business, I was especially impressed by him. If you choose Oregon Food Trucks you will be in good hands.
Guys did a very nice job on building our truck. I do recommend that if you get a built in generator if the truck is diesel, get a diesel generator. We got a propane one and it drinks the propane like crazy. Other than not knowing that, very happy with the truck. More than able to double our business this year.
