My therapist referred me to their 8-week Collaborative Problem Solving class taught by Signe Miller and it is really helping me parent my kids better. CPS is informed by brain science and helps you build relationship, reduces conflict, and teaches your kids skills. It helps you get your concerns across to your kids, without yelling but also without just rolling over.
