Tried Lifestyle Nutrition and Massage for the first time today. I was in a lot of pain from extremely tight shoulders and neck muscles caused by stress. This was the best massage I've ever received. I left feeling like a new person and will be back in a couple of weeks. Beatrice was fantastic. She really listened to what I wanted - a relaxing massage that also worked on the tight muscles, but didn't cause more pain in the process - just the right amount of pressure. I highly recommend them!
Great place to go for a massage. I should know been a regular for almost 4 yrs. Top of the line experience for a stress free life.
