Terrible Company. We will never use again and would suggest others not use them. They have an F rating with the Better Business Bureau and are not accredited. They charged us $150 to show up to our rental in Sunriver and confirm what we told them over the phone - that the latch on our Whirlpool washer was broken. Our dishwasher developed a leaking seal. Shannon came out diagnosed it and ordered the part on a Sunday. Then he came back and installed it a few Sunday's later after the part arrived. I was impressed with the knowledge and responsiveness of Oregon Appliance Repair and plan to recommend them to any of my friends that have appliance issues in the future.
I paid $350.00 to fix my fridge. After the repair it still didn’t work. I made several calls about it with very little success. Finally they told me I had to pay another $350.00 to fix it again. Definitely don’t use these crooks.
