Received zero snail mail and two unintelligible voice mails. Contacted hospital to find out if it was legitimate and what anesthesia group they used. They said they had no record of me. Received a collections notice today. Very discourteous when I called them to figure out what happened. They said I should have just called back and paid my bill, despite it sounding like a scam.
been paying to these people over 2 years they never send a bill and now they say they dont do salem hospital and will have to get new phone number, I want to know who is taking my money every month for over 2 years
Sending bills 79 days after service when there is no 3rd party billing is ridiculous. If you can't bill patients in 45 days you shouldn't be in business. The doctor that served us was on his cell phone more than half the time. Felt like my wife's surgery wasn't his focus.
