I got a Hyundai Elantra 2016 here. In my opinion, this place is the best when it comes to used car and customer services, when I came in they were so nice and supportive, doesn’t make me feel pressure to buy at all, makes me feels comfortable, they give the car for you to inspect and drive to mechanic as well. UPDATE: I reached out to one of the salesmen I dealt with, and he connected me to the sales manager, Chris. He spoke with the VP about my concerns and we have come to a resolution. I appreciate their quick and understanding handling of this unfortunate incident. They took my concerns seriously and I am hopeful they will implement policy changes to reflect the company values of top-notch customer care. I went in with my father fully prepared to buy a used vehicle out right. We dealt with the sales consultant Constantin and he vaguely led us through the sales process (He simply gave us the keys to explore the car and nothing more). The day prior to this review, we told him that we were planning to take the vehicle in for an inspection today, which he was fine with.
